Great location! MILDRED'S, established in 1982
on historic Capitol Hill, is a large double-turreted, 1890
Victorian, the perfect setting for traditional, caring B&B
hospitality. The home has been maintained in its original
Victorian style with beautiful natural wood in the entry
and stairway.
Lace
curtains, red carpets, grand piano and fireplace create
a feeling of welcoming warmth and security. A common area
offers the convenience of a drop-down ironing board with
mirrored door, a refrigerator, sink, instant hot water tap
with the makings for coffee or tea, home-made cookies, telephone
and reading material. MILDRED'S special touches, like coffee
and juice to your room one-half hour before breakfast, make
guests feel truly pampered. A wrap-around front porch is
a great place on a warm day to watch the world go by. Peace
in the heart of the city.
We
cater to business and pleasure travelers. All four rooms
are carpeted, have color TV/VCRs, queen beds, writing desks
and comfortable seating. Easy I-5 access to SeaTac airport,
ample street parking and great public transportation at
the front door. Across the street is historic 44-acre Volunteer
park, the Asian Art Museum, flower conservatory, tennis
courts, and historic brick water tower you can climb for
a view as good or better than from our famous Space Needle.
Wonderful residential neighborhood, walking distance to
restaurants &
shopping.

Breakfast: Supreme Full Breakfast served in dining
room, coffee/tea and juice served to your room 1/2 hour
prior to breakfast!
Rates: $90.00 - $165.00
Reservations: Reservations are recommended. Minimum
stay is two nights on weekends. Reservations are held with
a major credit card or a one night deposit. Seven days notice
is required for cancellation, or shortening of your stay.
Cancellations given with less than seven days notice will
result in a one night charge, less than fourteen days are
subject to a $35.00 handling fee. No cancellation fee will
be charged if given prior to fourteen days of reservation.
Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash,
and checks accepted.
Restrictions: No pets, No Smoking, Children welcome.
Recreation & Activities: Front yard putting green,
tennis across the street, walking/jogging and bicycling.
